Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the date you receive your order.

How to Exchange: Simply WhatsApp or email us at laavanstore1@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• The size/color you'd like instead

We'll guide you through the rest!

Exchange Conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging required
• Exchange request within 7 days of delivery

• Damaged or defective item ✅
